Large Glass (with Matteo Norzi)
The Large Glass project was achieved by requesting the staff of the New York Aquarium, to suspend the daily cleaning of a portion of the glass inside the tropical tank known as Glover’s Reef. For the duration of the experiment (approximately a month-and-a-half) the spontaneous growth of colonies of algae accumulating on the area of glass with the aquarium as its frame and through which the view of the tank and the fish was filtered and mixed with the substance, signs, and colours of the algae.
